In 2005, Ryan co-founded PeopleShare, a regional staffing firm dedicated to placing candidates in light industrial and administrative positions. His vision was to create a staffing company that provided both employees and customers with the opportunity to achieve their goals and enhance their success. With deep expertise, industry experience, and the resources to recruit top talent for every role, Ryan helped drive PeopleShare’s growth into one of the fastest-growing and largest staffing firms in the country, expanding to 40 locations across 8 states. After successfully selling and transitioning out of PeopleShare, Ryan has shifted his focus to consulting, volunteer work in the Philadelphia area, and serving on multiple boards. His leadership experience, strategic insight, and community commitment continue to shape businesses and initiatives across industries.
